Amber Lee has an extensive history driving strategy and growth for startups within tech and advertising.

Prior to joining Meagan Cignoli, Amber launched eBay’s same day delivery service, eBay Now, on the east coast, managing operations and strategy for the service.

Lee previously founded the website Join Bklyn, and Creative Agency Bklyn Haus and held various management positions at Tremor Video, Oddcast, and InBev since graduating in 2007 from the Richard Ivey School of Business in Canada.

Meagan Cignoli

When social video first came to mobile phones through Vine and then Instagram, Meagan set aside a successful photography career to dive in headfirst. Her unique visual approach to those mediums quickly amassed a large and loyal following, drew the attention of brands, and won numerous awards (Cannes Lion, 4A’s O’Toole Award, Art Directors Award, a gold Andy, London International Awards, and others).

Today, over one million people follow Meagan on social media… but more than just a social media influencer, Meagan had the foresight three years ago to start her own creative production agency, Visual Country, with her partner and ex-Ebayer, Amber Lee. The company that began in her Brooklyn apartment now counts Google, Coca Cola, Nike, Tiffany & Co, Twitter, and hundreds of other major brands as clients.

Cignoli was named Digital Entrepreneur of the Year by the Hubbies (2014) and top 100 Creative by Ad Week (2015). She was also recently featured in Time Magazine, Wired magazine and in the PBS documentary, Frame by Frame, as an expert in stop motion.

Chelsea Lee

Assistant Director

Chelsea Lee joined Visual Country at its inception in 2013 and has written, shot, and produced videos for a diverse clients including, eBay, Benefit Cosmetics, Diet Coke, T- mobile and Toni & Guy. She also specializes in sound editing, set design and dance.

Chelsea holds a BFA from Ryerson University(Canada) and is an established dancer and choreographer.

Ayla Weisz

Producer

Ayla Weisz is a ballet-dancing, dog-loving, circus-crazed administrator. She has managed many creative organizations including professional dance companies, dance and circus schools, and acrobatic theatre company Only Child Aerial Theatre. Her interest in directing and promoting arts organizations lead her to pursue a degree in business from Miami-Dade College.
In addition to dancing with The People Movers, Ayla has appeared as a dancer in Visual Country’s creative videos. She brings an artist’s approach to administration and business development.
