Visual Country is a creative production partner to global brands and the agencies that support them. Headquartered in Brooklyn, our company creates short-form video and digital content experiences that delight and engage users across any device or platform.
We provide end-to-end production services spanning social, in-store display, out-of-home, broadcast TV, digital ad space, website, and point-of-purchase, and employs a combination of live-action, stop-motion, and 2D animation, often all within the same clip.
Meet Our Team


Amber Lee has an extensive history driving strategy and growth for startups. Prior to starting Visual Country, Amber launched eBay’s same day delivery, eBay Now, on the east coast. Lee previously founded the website Join Bklyn, and Creative Agency Bklyn Haus and held various management position since graduating from Richard Ivey School of Business.

When social video first came to mobile through Vine, Meagan’s unique visual approach quickly amassed a loyal following, the attention of major brands and the founding of her own creative production agency, Visual Country. She has since been named Digital Entrepreneur of the Year by the Hubbies and top 100 Creative by Ad Week.

Michael Popp is a Brooklyn based photographer. Michael has been battling Leukemia for the past year, he credits this experience for not only changing his life, but increasing the passion he puts in his practice. Michael’s work has been featured in Vogue, Interior Design Magazine, Dwell, IdN, and So-EN among others. When not shooting, he can be found skateboarding, cycling, snowboarding, and screenprinting.

Chelsea Lee joined Visual Country at its inception in 2013 and has written, shot, and produced videos for a diverse clients including, eBay, Benefit Cosmetics, Diet Coke, T- mobile and Toni & Guy. She also specializes in sound editing, set design and dance. Chelsea holds a BFA from Ryerson University (Canada) and is an established dancer and choreographer.

Victoria Gruenert is a New York City transplant with a background in Mass Media Comms and International Journalism from Boston University and University of London, SOAS respectively. You can usually find her on-the-go through Brooklyn looking for food treasure, rock climbing, or cycling. Vicky is the co-creator of Liminal, a quarterly digital zine celebrating early stage creatives and their endeavors. A self-taught photographer, she’ll often shoot portraits, weddings, and local events in her free time. Fluent in German and French.

Olivia is a native New Yorker with a passion for digital marketing. Her background includes a BA in Communication Studies as well as minors in both Public Relations and Broadcasting. Outside of the studio she can be found keeping up with the latest social media trends, binge-watching her favorite sitcoms and checking out the newest spots in her neighborhood.

Samuel is an animator, fabricator and paper artist in Queens, NY. He’s worked with a number of children’s media companies including Nickelodeon and HarperCollins to create social content. When he’s not making paper meals for Instagram, he can be found reading among his many cats or looking for street parking.
