Acai Smoothie Bowl Recipe

If you’ve ever been hesitant to give Acai Smoothie Bowls a try let us steer you in the right direction. They’re super easy to make and totally Instagrammable…so for any of our bare minimum chefs out there, you’re guaranteed to at least get a few likes out of this guilt-free snack. Just the Acai berry alone is filled with antioxidants, boosts energy levels and improves hair and skin quality. Also, once you’re addicted(which you will be) your taste buds will never get dull because your topping options are endless!


Serves 3-4


  • 1/2 Cup Strawberries
  • 1/2 Cup Blueberries
  • 1/4 Cup Pomegranate Seeds
  • 1 Kiwi Sliced
  • 1 Mango Sliced
  • 1 Teaspoon Chia Seeds
  • 1 Teaspoon Dried Coconut Shreds
  • 1 Teaspoon Pumpkin Seeds
  • 3 Tablespoons Granola
  • 4 2.3 Ounce Packs Frozen Acai Berry Puree
  • 1/2 Cup Coconut Milk


  1. Slice your favorite fruit.
  2. Run 4 packs of frozen acai berry puree underwater for ten seconds.
  3. Place in blender with 1/2 cup of coconut milk and blend until smooth. Consistency should be similar to frozen yogurt and thicker than a smoothie.
  4. Top with strawberries, kiwi, mango, raspberries, blueberries, pomegranate seeds, chia seeds, granola, pumpkin seeds and dried coconut shreds.
