Aperol approached us to create two stop-motion videos for their Aperol Spritz brand. They wanted us to capture a simple, yet eye-catching aesthetic so we decided to showcase the carefree joy of the Spritz. We showcased the Spritz by pairing fun adjectives with imagery of cocktail prep and consumption occasions (brunch, happy hour, Instagram/boomerang). We geared up for Summer Solstice by pairing the Aperol Spritz with its ideal counterpart— sunshine. By placing the cocktail in different aspirational environments, the underlying message is experessed— skip the FOMO (fear of missing out) and grab a Spritz to join the fun.
