Summer Berry Peach Cobbler

Gobble this summer berry peach cobbler up while berries are still in season.



  • 1 Cup Strawberries
  • 1 Cup Blackberries
  • 1 Cup Raspberries
  • 2 Peaches
  • 1/4 Cup Sugar
  • 1/4 Cup all-purpose flour
  • Crisp Topping
  • 1 Cup Rolled Oats
  • 1/2 Cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 Cup Sugar
  • Pinch of Sale
  • 1 Stick Cold Unsalted Butter
  • Vanilla Ice Cream


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Butter a cast iron pan.
  2. Carefully combine together the berries, diced peaches, sugar and flour. Place in the prepared pan.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the oats, flour, sugar, butter and salt. Batter should be lumpy. Form balls of dough and place them on top of the berries.
  4. Bake the cobbler for 45 minutes until the fruit is bubbling and crust is golden brown. Let sit for 30 minutes to cool. Serve with ice cream.
