Gobble this summer berry peach cobbler up while berries are still in season.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 Cup Strawberries
- 1 Cup Blackberries
- 1 Cup Raspberries
- 2 Peaches
- 1/4 Cup Sugar
- 1/4 Cup all-purpose flour
- Crisp Topping
- 1 Cup Rolled Oats
- 1/2 Cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- Pinch of Sale
- 1 Stick Cold Unsalted Butter
- Vanilla Ice Cream
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Butter a cast iron pan.
- Carefully combine together the berries, diced peaches, sugar and flour. Place in the prepared pan.
- In a separate bowl, mix the oats, flour, sugar, butter and salt. Batter should be lumpy. Form balls of dough and place them on top of the berries.
- Bake the cobbler for 45 minutes until the fruit is bubbling and crust is golden brown. Let sit for 30 minutes to cool. Serve with ice cream.
