For Stella & Chewy’s we created two live action videos to be used for their amazon accounts, web and social channels. We used two different dogs and a hand model for talent to highlight some of their products as well as introduce a new product to their line of raw dog foods. We utilized our studio kitchen to shoot in, as well as designed a living room set with a dog bed for our backdrop. We wanted to create a home environment shooting in natural light, to create a morning/daylight look. We created a script for a voice over artist to help tell the story. We shot all video on a Blackmagic Pocket 6K Pro, Canon Cine Lenses, and utilized a Dana Dolly, and shoulder rig to create the movement. 2x :20 videos in 3 aspect ratios (wide, square and vertical) Total Assets: 6 individual assets delivered. The clients main request was to create a homey feel in bright natural light to showcase their products. We started the process by casting a couple dogs for the shoot. Looking for talent that would emphasis their excitement for the different types of food, we cast 2 different dogs and shot each video with both of them, for flexibility in the editing room. Our studio has a lot of natural light in it already, however, when you’re on a 10 hour shoot in the winter and the sun goes down at 4pm, it’s not always in your best interest to depend on the sun. We lit each scene with our studio LED lights as well as the natural light to create a morning look and feel. The main purpose of the videos was for their amazon account, but was also distributed for OLV, social and paid media.Project Information
